AV Design & Weld
Founded in 2009 by Adam Vautier, AV Design & Weld has been pioneering welding in Jersey by constantly growing and embracing leading technology. This includes their CNC Plasma profile cutting & welding machine which can be used for structural and architectural steel works, as well as repairs and bespoke designs in both aluminium and stainless steel. AV Design & Weld are fortunate to be the specialist offering this service in Jersey.
Over the years AV Design & Weld have produced structural steel works for the likes of AC Mauger, JP Mauger, Lowe & Co., Cattel Constrution, Corner Stone Cons, Battrick and Boyden, V and V Stonemasons and Shore Cons to name a few.
Using their widespread technical knowledge from within the industry, the team at AV Design & Weld have worked commercially for local clients such as: Nude Food, The Atlantic Hotel, The Nigel Mansell Museum, The Durrel Foundation, St. Peter’s Church, The Raddison, Jersey Heritage, Ports of Jersey as well as many bespoke pieces for private clients.

Adam Vautier
Adam has a vast background in Design & Welding. He originally studied Furniture and Product Design at Kingston Art College in London before obtaining trade qualifications in Agricultural Engineering and Welding in Jersey.
Prior to that Adam worked in New Zealand where he produced structural steel and glass works for Jade Stadium in Christchurch and worked on set for films such as Wolverine where he created 1000hp aluminium racing jet boats.
Since setting up AV Design & Weld Adam has plied his trade on numerous projects across various disciplines in all shapes and sizes and is looking forward to taking on new projects in the future.
